How To Repair Dry, Cracked Hands

Are your hands feeling the pressure ...

from all this extra hand washing?

Looking for a way to heal them fast?

Here's my favorite essential oil trick. Most likely you have everything you need at home. If not, you can easily order them and have them delivered. No need to leave the house.

I've heard people saying Amazon is only delivering essentials items, but I've been getting all of my orders pretty quickly, so you shouldn't have a problem.

Here's what you need. Your favorite scentless lotion. I use Cetaphil for everything, so I recommend them (and you can get it here I like it because it's light and not overly oily. But if you have your own favorite you can certainly use that. Just make sure it's plain lotion with no smell.

Grab a 1 oz glass jar. You probably have one around the house somewhere. If you don't, again, Amazon has you covered.

Fill your glass jar with your Cetaphil, add 10 drops of your favorite skin-healing oil to the lotion and stir until completely combined. Set your jar of lotion next to the location(s) you most often wash your hands and apply after each washing. You'll see a difference the first day. ❤️

I mix them in 1 oz portions because I like to change the scent each day and I make up one for each bathroom and the kitchen. 📆

Some great skin-healing oils to try are: Cedarwood, Lavender, Myrrh, Patchouli and Frankincense, just to name a few. 😁
